It was great to catch up with my friends back in Nagoya, especially in this sticky hot summer which is my favourite season of the year in Japan. It was also great to fulfil my belly with all my beloved Japanese foods that I could never have during my RTW trip.
However, something was missing in my live back in Japan: something was making me a little melancholic while I was sitting at a counter in my favourite bar, sipping beer and remembering all those places that I travelled to and surfed at over the past year. I wished that I could truly share my experiences and stories with my friends, but very few of them had travelled around the world before and none of them were actually surfers.

Since my return to Nagoya, I often found myself daydreaming about travelling and surfing somewhere, somewhere tropical, not Japan. There was a void in my heart. My feet were getting itchy more than ever before.

Travelling is essentially a selfish thing.

Air Esky takes off again.

All men dream, but not equally.
Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds, wake in the day to find that it was vanity. But the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act on their dreams with open eyes, to make them possible. (By T. E. Lawrence)
